Useful resources and links for existing tenants 

Above is the Home Emergency Policy, which is in place for all New Leaf Properties.

 

If you have a Home Emergency and are unable to reach New Leaf Property for some reason, please call the ARAG Home Emergency Team directly on 0333 000 7972 or 0333 000 7859 (telephone lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year).

Please explain that you have written confirmation from your Landlady both in paper and electronic form via email that you are authorised to call ARAG Home Emergency line directly if necessary. Please be prepared to email this written confirmation to ARAG or to show the document to an approved contractor, if requested during their visit to carry out emergency repairs. 

 

You may have to pay a £50 excess charge. If this is the case, please obtain a receipt, and New Leaf Property will reimburse this cost. 

Here is an electronic copy of the Government "How to Rent" booklet in case it is helpful during your tenancy. A paper copy was left with you on the day you moved into your New Leaf Property home.
